14-Day Refund Policy
At writefastly, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer you the best service possible. That's why we provide a risk-free, 14-day refund policy for our Contracts.
Please take note of the following conditions:
The refund request should be made within (14) days of the original purchase of the Contract.
- The usage of our services must be less than 2500 words or equivalent for any of our paid plans within this period.
- And the number of fast articles should be less than 10
- If a customer exceeds 2,500 words, for example, producing 5,000 words, within 14 days of the purchase, we offer a refund. However, the refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the costs associated with producing the service, which may include expenses for articles, photos, and related services.
Subscription Cancellation
Full Refund for Non-Usage: If you have not used the tool at all (0 words usage) and request a refund within 14 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation Restrictions: Subscribers are not eligible to cancel annual, quarterly, or any other subscription that is not monthly once the minimum usage threshold has been surpassed.
Exception for Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel a monthly subscription under specific conditions. Cancellation is permissible if requested within 14 days of initiating the subscription, and only if your word usage has not exceeded 2500 words and 10 fast articles.
Refund Calculation: Upon valid cancellation, a refund will be processed. The refund amount will be determined based on your usage till the date of cancellation. A proportional cost will be deducted for the words used.
Refund Processing Time: The refunded amount will appear in your bank account within 5 to 10 business days from the date of processing the refund request.
This policy ensures that our subscribers are fully informed about their rights and obligations concerning subscription cancellations and refunds, while also respecting their privacy and the terms of service.
We understand that plans can change, which is why we have made the refund process as straightforward as possible. However, please note:
- Refunds are NOT issued automatically. If you decide to cancel your account, please remember to contact us within 14 days of the cancellation to request a refund.
- By default, account cancellations are set to occur at the end of your billing cycle.
- We unfortunately cannot provide refunds for usage outside of our 14-day refund policy.
- Similarly, refunds are not available if you have used your account within the same calendar month as your request, unless it's within the 14-day money-back guarantee. We recommend cancelling your account promptly to avoid any future subscription charges.
- Please note that refunds are applicable only to the current subscription charge on your account. We're unable to provide refunds for charges from the prior month or for additional charges added to your account.
